The Aquabats have always been one of those bands I have heard of, but was never exposed to. Go figure. This is a CD of b-sides, demos, out takes, rarities, and the likes. Anyhow, this is a fun, silly, good time disc. They give off the image of the cool nerd. Ya know? There is a sort of Devo, B-52’s thing going on, but of course mutated by 20 years and horns. I suppose there is a Bloodhound Gang type thing there too, but not sounding like any of those bands. This is a great disc and this is one of those bands that should be associated with summer.
