If Bad Religion had dual vocalists, adding one who had great command of the current crop of metalcore screaming, you'd end up with Break The Silence. It actually works really well. BTS has the whole Bad Religion, classic California punk thing down perfect. Awesome vocals and perfect harmonies. The music is perfect Bad Religion hardcore, punk and melodies. The other vocalist could sing for either a screamo or black/death/gore metal band and command great respect (they do an amazing cover of an At The Gates song). Oh yeah there is one thing I forgot to mention, there is only one vocalist, meaning Dan Wintercorn has one of the best ranges in music. Hailing from Chicago, members of BTS have done time in All Else Fails and 88 Fingers Louie to name a few. This is a refreshing, intense and very creative CD. Exellent job.
