From Atlanta Georgia, these guys sound like Articles of Faith (especially in the vocal category), but feel like Black Flag (or maybe it's just the band name that makes me feel this), along with a lot of the hardcore influences from the 80s (not thrash). So it has a mature hardcore result, fully capable for loud volumes. It's aggression sticks.
