The Cripplers are from St. Louis Mo. via Columbia Mo. and they wear cowboy hats. Not only that, but they play stripped down punk rock, with that low down, garagey, loud blues/country/drunken bar hang out sort of raucus energy. They proudly boast that these 16 tracks were recorded in one take. If you haven't caught on by now, I am totally down with this CD! One take, Grade A, US punk rock, that hits with a one two punch. Plus they throw in a cover of Fang's "The Money Will Roll Right In". Catchy, down home dirty punk rock. Gotta love it!
