Yes, this is the same Rotters that did the classic “Sit on My Face Stevie Nicks” and “Sink the Whales”. This is a new lineup that features one original member, Phester Swollen on guitar. If you are a fan of the whole late 70s or “Killed By Death” punk scene, you should already own the great “Pull It And Yell” lp that Dionysus released a few years ago. That LP compiled all the early songs. Dionysus also reissued those 7”s. This new CD stays true to their basic, bar room, raunchy styled punk rock. Sure its not as important a release as their early material, but I’m confident there are a bunch of aging punk rockers who can appreciate the fact that this has been released!
