This is a great collection of some of the powerful and modern metal bands out there today. And this compilation/soundtrack is set up pretty near perfectly. Even if I couldn't get through an entire CD of some of these bands; presented this way, this is a great listen. Lots of big name bands and fantastic songs make this a must have for anyone who digs powerful aggressive metal. Ill Nino, Killswitch Engage, Spineshank, Hatebreed, Slipknot, Chimaira, From Autumn to Ashes, Sevendust, Seether, Sepultura (with Mike Patton), In Flames, Lamb of God and Type O Negative are my favorite tracks out of the 20 tracks. So you can see why I have listened to the soundtrack countless times!
