"Self Destructive Pattern" is a good listen throughout. Spineshank blast through their metal with all the power and aggression you'd expect and fill it out with melodic breaks. Comparable to the energy and quality of a lot of the other metal bands on Roadrunner. Driving percussion similar to Fear Factory, powerful vocals that range from melodically sung to fiercly shouted, combine to make an aggressive, bottle smashing CD.
