"Killed By Death" can be credited for having inadvertantly created a worldwide search for old punk that never got a proper release. The Transplants were one of the first punk bands from the late 70s in Boston. No, they are not that band with the guy from Rancid in them on the Fruitopia commercial. This Transplants is raw punk, with little to no production, sounding much like many other bands any seasoned punk will have seen in many a bar in his/her lifetime. And that in itself makes this fun. A great release for those old timers looking for some old time punk they didn't get their hands on back in the day.
